Believe in the Magic...

Hello my crafting friends, I am finally back. Did not mean to leave it this long so my deepest apologies.

Now I am able to give you a little peek of what is coming up on Sheena Douglass Shows starting on Create and craft on Monday 20th July, if you are a fan of Sheena you will love these and if you are not a fan why not!? Lol!

These are new Christmas dies and stamps featuring, amongst others, Little Elf and Little Fairy, there is also the Christmas Foliage , seen here. These are wonderful little characters that you can put into different poses, the scroll comes with the Little Elf and the wings with the Fairy. They come in standing poses as seen here and also sitting down ones so there are 3 dies in each pack.

For the background on this one I coloured it in using distress inks and stenciled over the  top with Sheena's Graphic stencil using Gold paint.

The Elf & Fairy I used different paper/card for their clothes but you can just die cut them in white and paint/ colour, the choice is yours. You can just die cut and emboss them once if you wish but they are meant to be die cut three times and embossed twice, so you have three cut outs, the die cut only on the back as the base, the first die cut/embossed you stamp with the matching stamps, these give you the face, hands and feet etc, the second die cut/ embossed is for their clothes so like on this card the fairies dress is the second  die cut/embossed as is the Elf's Jackets and Shoes and hat. Of course you do not have to do all these layers if you do not wish too but they do make a difference. The matching stamps also have the backs of the characters, hence why you have a plain die cut base.

For the Christmas Foliage, I die cut using Kraft card and coloured with distress inks.

I look forward to showing you more of these little characters over the next few days.
