Morning my crafting friends hope this Monday morning finds you all safe and well? Lots of hugs to those who may not be well.
Today's post is in fact a card I made for my MIL as she had a operation on Friday so she will be in hospital for a few days, so hopefully she will soon be on the mend.
I started with my basic 6" X 6"White card and matted this up with more White card that I had pierced around the edge.
I searched through my stash to find a piece of pretty paper when I came across this one, its one of my favourites and that is why it has not been used before lol! Don't we all keep things we don't want to use? Silly really as I am sure this came off one of my CD Roms though which one I haven't a clue!!! I cut it to size and covered it with an adhesive sheet then coated it with Micro beads, I have not used these for what seems like ages, I remember Sue Wilson's early shows she always used them before she bought out the Diamond Snow etc.! I liked the texture and coverage this gave to the paper, I then attached this to the front of my card.

ReplyDeleteA lovely card for your mother in law. Hope she is well soon. We all do it don't we? Buy something because we love it - then love it too much to use it!! I tend to think - I won't use it for this project because I might need it for something more special!!!! So silly. Have a good day. Christine xx
