Comfort & Peace

Morning my crafting friends, good to have you visit me today, I really do appreciate it. As I am now on half term hols I hope to sort out my craft space and get lots of play time in.

None of us like making these sort of cards but they have to be done and this one I made for my friends Joy's Great niece, I think I may have over done it with the flowers but hey!

It was just a simple matting and layering of White and Lilac card.

I stamped my sentiment onto White card and die cut using Baroque Ovals, behind that I added a lilac die cut from Twisted Metals, Tags & Accents and matted these on top of Innsbruck die cut. I placed these on the card then added the flowers around one side of the Oval frame, tucking in the Fern Trio underneath.

There you have the finished card.

  4. Jacquie. I think it's perfect, Joys niece will love it as its not a sad card, I think there is enough sadness at these times that we need to brighten things for them. The sentiment is also perfect. Hazel x

  14. Hi Jacquie
You can never have enough flowers.
We don't like making the cards but hope they bring the comfort we intend. I'm sure that this will.
    Enjoy your week off.
