Just For You

Morning crafters, hope this finds you all safe and well?

Cannot believe its the last day of February already, this year is going to fly by like last year, must start thinking about Christmas cards soon lol! Especially as at the moment I am only managing three cards a week! I was hoping to get plenty done over the half term hols but seeing as I was ill I did not feel like doing anything except sleep!

I was messing around trying different colour Tim Holtz Distress Inks (Antique Linen, Squeezed Lemonade & Seedless Preserves) onto the back of a sheet of Crafters Companion Centura Pearl card just to practice blending the colours together, then couldn't make up my mind what to do with it! I decided to die cut some of it using SB Asian Accents Boarder; SB Nestabilities Labels Eighteen & SB Fancy Framed Tags Two.

I folded a sheet of Crafters Companion Centura Pearl Card- Pastel Pink in half for the base card, with another piece of CC Centura Pearl White I ran it through the E-Bosser with Sheena Douglass Little Bit Oriental Embossing Folder-Sakura and  rounded the corners. I found a strip of Create and Craft Turquoise Satin Card amongst my off cuts so I attached this to the embossed card then placed the SB Asian Accents Boarder along each edge as seen.

Using more Centura Pearl card I die cut with SB Nestabilities Lables Eighteen and embossed it with Sheena Douglass Embossing Folder Petite Floral, using Tim Holtz Distress Ink-Victorian Velvet I rubbed lightly over the embossed areas then matted it onto the larger Labels Eighteen, I rubbed Creative Expressions Metallic Gilding Wax-Patina over the Sakura embossed card to bring out the flowers a little then placed the Lables Eighteen die cuts just over the edge of the boarders and strip on the card.

On a piece of CC Centura Pearl card I stamped my sentiment from Creative Expressions Unmounted Stamps-Treasured Memories with TH Distress Ink Peacock Feathers then using the SB Fancy Framed Tags Two again I die cut out the center bit of one of the tags and mounted this onto the die cut tag itself, I attached this to the side of the card as seen.

There you have the finished card. Dimensions are 5 X 7. Next Post Sunday.

Fantastic Day

Morning my crafting friends, hope you are all safe and well. Thank you for visiting my blog and for all the wonderful comments you make, I do hope you like what you see and do come back to view more.

A very warm welcome to Sam, great to have you on board, if you have a blog please do let us know so I can return the favour.

Now for todays card I have used the free die you got from Tattered lace Magazine No 2. Its a beautiful, delicate die and a lovely shape.

I first die cut two of the dies using Crafters Companion Centura Pearl card sliver, this enabled me to then measure how big of card I would need for mounting/framing. I cut a piece of CC Centura card big enough to leave a boarder around the die cuts and matted this up with some free paper from the Tattered Lace Magazine, I attached the die cuts in the center with PVA glue.
I cut a frame out of more of the CC Centura Pearl card Silver and attached this over the top using foam pads.  I chose some flowers out of my stash ( I made these awhile back using SB Delicate Asters and CE Foundations Card) and placed these in the bottom corner of my card. Instead of adding some leaves I decided to add the little strimmers of card that actually came out of parts of the die, I felt they looked good amongst flowers, like long twigs!
For the finishing touch I added a sentiment that was from an old Hunkydory card kit and there you have the finished card.

Card dimensions 6 X 6.

Friends Make Everyday Special

Morning crafters, hope this finds you all safe and well. Thank you for popping along to visit my blog I really do appreciate it and love reading any comments you may make.

Well It has been confirmed that I have a chest infection so another week off work!

I have finally got round to using my Sue Wilson dies, I bought a couple from the Spanish Collection; Cordoba and Corner, Boarder & Tags. For this card I used the Cordoba, Corner & Tag.

I started with a sheet of White Crafters Companion Centura Pearl Card, folded it in half then matted up a piece of CC Centura Pearl card- Pastel, on top of this I matted and layered a sheet of paper that was free inside Tattered Lace Magazine, a pretty rose pattern but the colour matched perfectly with the Centura Pearl Card. Although this was calling out to be Micro beaded I did not have any Adhesive sheets left so I kept it as it was.

I die cut the Creative Expressions Spanish Collection Cordoba out of the CC Pastel Centura Card and placed this in the center of my card, the middle bit does come out, (as does the frame), but I felt the tag looked better with that underneath rather than the paper showing under it so I left it in. I die cut two of the CE Spanish Collection Corners out of CC Centura Pearl White and placed these in opposite corners under the Cordoba, after stamping my sentiment from Creative Expressions Unmounted Stamps Classic Sentiments onto more of the CC Centura Pearl White card I die cut it with CE Spanish Collection Tag which I think is a lovely shape, a lot of the Spanish Collections seems to show leaves in the design, I placed this in the center as seen.

Now I could not decide as to whether to add flowers as embellishments or pearls/gems instead I opted for a bow out of Creative Expressions Silky Crushed Ribbon White and added a Creative Expressions Small Pearl Embellishment in the middle.

There you have the finished card, dimensions are 5 X 7.

With Sympathy

Morning crafters hope this finds you all safe and well.

Thank you for all your wonderful comments and get well messages I am still feeling lousy, worse than ever really so if I don't answer posts  for a while you know why. Just cannot seem to shift this cold at all.

Now for today's card I wanted to have a go at Sheena Douglass Ancient Arches Embossing Folder so I put it through the E-Bosser using the back of Crafters Companion Centura Pearl card then inked it all over with Tim Holtz Distress Ink Antique Linen before rubbing over the embossed bit with T.H. Vintage Photo, I then started painting in some of the Vintage Photo ink in certain areas. To bring the embossing out I rubbed over some Creative Expressions Metallic Gilding Wax-Cast Bronze and inked around the edge again with Vintage Photo. I was happy with this so left it there.

I tried various different colour card to mount it onto and decided it looked best on Kanban Kandi Core Taupe/Cream followed by Crafters Companion Centura Pearl Card-Pastel.  I now think I should have mounted the image itself onto more CC pastel card before layering it onto the Cream card but I was going to cut it round the image then at a last thought decided to keep it big to show the pattern on the card, too late now!

It was only after I had finished matting & layering that I decided to have it as a Sympathy card so I stamped the sentiment from Justrite Large Fancy Sentiments with Vintage Photo onto a piece of the Cream card and cut it in the shape of ribbon tails, mounted it onto some CC Centura Pearl Pastel card and cut those ends into ribbon tails, I attached this to the card diagonally at the bottom of the image. To finish the card I added some Habico Self Adhesive Pearls in the top & bottom right hand corners, there you have the finished card.

Dimensions are 8 X 8.

To Someone So Special

Morning crafters, hope this finds you all safe and well? Wasn't the weather lovely yesterday? It made a change to be able to hang some washing out and get it dry!!

I have good news on the cat front, my dear neighbour has decided to keep the little kitten which is great news, I was hoping she would as she has had cats for over 35 years and her last one died just before Christmas, she could not bring herself to getting another one as she did not like to leave it behind should anything happen to her (she is 85) but I have assured her that if the worse did happen I would take in the cat, he would not be put in a rescue center. He has made himself quite at home in her bungalow and has bought lots of joy back to her. The kitten rescue place is having him neutered for her today so all is well.

Today's card I thought I might enter for the Passion for Promarkers Theme 'Shaped cards'. I wanted to have a go but the card has not turned out as I hoped but that's only because I feel so lousy at the moment I simply could not complete it as I wanted, which would have been to decoupage it. The theme was for Shaped Cards but not square or rectangle, hopefully I have filled the brief!!!

Items used:

SB Nestabilities Labels Twenty
Sue Wilson Spanish Collection Tag
Create and Craft Satin card-Yellow
Promarkers-Ivory;BabyPink;Canary;Amber;FreshMeadow&Apple
Tim Holtz Distress Ink-Squeezed Lemonade & Black Soot
Creative Expressions Unmounted Stamps 'Classic Sentiments'
Paper Doily's
Orange Glitter

I coloured the digi image in with various Pro-markers, die cut with lables Twenty and inked round the edge with Squeezed Lemonade, added a touch of Orange glitter to the center of the three largest Daffodils and attached it to the easel card which I cut out also with Lables Twenty. I thought it looked a bit plain so I added the doily's on the back. I stamped my sentiment from CE Classic Sentiments and die cut with Spanish Collection Tag, I attached this at the base with foam pads to form the stopper.

I am entering this into

Thank You

Morning crafters, hope this finds you all well and safe.

The weather has improved here, been lovely and sunny but still cold, no doubt the calm before the storm as they say but hopefully the snow will stay away.

Well I have a week off work and am full of cold, sore throat and headache, Typical!

Anyhow, on the cat up date at the moment the poor little fella has settled in nicely with my neighbor, such a shame he may have to move again at the end of the week although she has fell in love with him he is so adorable, I do wish I could keep him  though my hubby will not be pleased lol! No one has come forward for him so we can only guess someone has thrown him out rather than pay vets bills to get him neutered! Everyone used to say they had never met such a friendlier cat as mine, I hate to say it but this one is so much more friendly surprisingly.
Hazel-People can be so cruel, my female cat was from the Cats Protection, she and her sister had been dumped in a black bag on the street and she is Purrfect! Such good natured and I have had her for almost 13 years now.

Now for todays card here is a list of items used:

Creative Expressions Foundation Card-Pale Blue
Creative Expressions Unmounted Stamps-Kind Thoughts
Crafters Companion centura Pearl Card-Pastels
Beige Card-Own Stash
Heartfelt Creations All Seasons Gazebo Pre Cut Set
SB Nestabilities Majestic Elements-Majestic Labels Twenty Five
Heat it Up Embossing Powder-Clear
Tim Holtz Distress Ink-Vintage Photo
Ribbon-Own Stash
Wooden Flower-Box of various wooden flowers from The Range

I folded the Blue card in half to make an A5 card, using the CC Centura Pearl Pastel card I stamped round the edge with the boarder from the Gazebo Pre Cut Set and heat embossed it with Clear embossing powder just to give a subtle look around the edge then rounded the corners. I die cut the focal elements from SB labels Twenty Five in the Blue & Beige card and matted and layered these up on top of the pastel card, with the smallest die cut I stamped the sentiment on with Vintage Photo then attached this to the center. I matted this onto the base card, made a bow out of some Brown Organza Ribbon, attached it to the edge of the focal elements and added a wooden flower in the center.

There you have the finished card. Next post on Thursday.

Some People come into our Lives...

Morning crafters, so, so sorry, only just realized I had not put any words to this post!!! Silly me. I had it up as scheduled ready to type but was very much distracted over last couple of days rescuing animals that I had completely forgot to write up about the card!!!

Suzie-So, so sorry to hear your devastating news, I will mail you xxx

On Friday we had a kitten hanging round which up set my two but we could not get him to go 'home'. Manged to get my cats in eventually then just to leave for work when I saw a Hedgehog running around in the road, now with it being daytime and during hibernation time I knew it was not right so caught it and put it in a box to deal with when I got back from work.
To cut a long story short the hedgehog rescue picked the hog up but sadly it had lungworm and had to be put down Saturday morning. The kitten came back Friday night! The weather was appalling and he was very vocal so I could not leave him out there so took him in, yesterday was spent doing posters and leaflets and taking round the area to try and find his owners, so far no one has come forward, being as he is not neutered, not chipped and only 6-7 months old he may have been chucked out which is so cruel so at present I am trying animal rescues to see if anyone will take him in, I can't keep him as he is stressing my two out at present, especially my male cat. So hence I forgot all about my post yesterday so apologies. Thank you very much for those of you who have already commented with no asking why no write up lol!

Now for the card I used

6 X 6 base White card
6 X 6 Hideaway Premium Paper pad
SB Shapeabilities Die-lites Sprigs
SB Shapeabilities Die-lite Blooms 1 & 2
Heartfelt Creation Decorative Lace Boarder
SB Nestabilities majestic Elements Majestic |Lables Twenty Five
Tim Holtz Distress Ink Squeezed Lemonade
Creative Expressions Unmounted Stamps Kind Thoughts

Now off to see if my neighbor can help with the kitten for a few days

Another Hot Air Balloon!

Morning crafters, hope this finds you all well and safe. Thank you for all the lovely comments you have been giving me, I do appreciate them.

Happy Valentines Day to those who celebrate it, no Valentine card from me folks but a Hot Air Balloon instead!!!

Patricia & Hazel-I do hope the snow is not too bad and that you are able to get around but please keep it up there lol! Seriously, I love looking at and playing in the snow but hate driving or walking in it and that's because I am no good at either lol!

Wendy-do not worry about how you spell my name, I know some people are fussy over it but I am not one of them lol! Its pronounced the same however you spell it!

Shirley-Yes I did mean you lol! Snow in Mid-Wales too, ohhh its getting closer!! I hope you have not had too much flooding near you too? Yes Sue's dies did come rather quick but I have noticed the speedy delivery from Joanna Sheen before. The dies are gorgeous especially the corner, boarder & tag from the Spanish collection, so, so pretty. I hope to post some cards with them on soon.

Now, today's card was another quicky through having the dies already cut and packed away in my box so it was just a case of matting and layering up the 6X6 base White card (I made it into an easel card first!) with some Brown card from Lidls, that I had embossed with the Craftwell folder I got with the Crafters Companion E Bosser, not sure what the name of it is, sorry! Then choosing what die cuts to attach on it.

The die cuts I chose were SB Decorative Lables One and SB Nestabilities Labels Twenty-Six, these were cut out of some Yellow Linen card I had in my stash, the two larger die cuts I placed on the easel part of the card off setting them together as seen, in the center of these I placed another of the Cheery Lynn Hot Air Balloon die cuts that I had coloured in using Promarkers.

For the stopper on the base of the card I used the two smaller die cuts from the same dies as before, I placed the Lables Twenty Six on first, then I stamped my sentiment from Creative Expressions Sam Poole stamps 'Time Flies' onto the die cut Decorative Lables One using Tim Holtz Distress Ink Vintage Photo. I placed this back into the die and inked round the edge with TH Squeezed Lemonade, I then attached this on top of the other to form the stopper of the easel card. I hope all this makes sense?

There you have the finished card. Dimensions are 6X6.

Especially For You

Morning Crafters, hope this finds you all well and safe. Thank you for dropping by to take a look I really do appreciate it and hope you come back again.

Although we had quite a nice weekend it made up for it Monday night  with a good downpour, thankfully it only lasted for about an hour!
I got home from work yesterday to find my order of the new Sue Wilson dies so I will look forward to playing next week lol! I could only stretch to three from Joanna Sheen website as they were on offer from there and no P&P!

Shelley you have SNOW!!! Bah! Where about do you live? I was hoping, against hope I know, that we might miss it this year, ha! who am I trying to kid ay? I hope its not too bad wherever you are.

Today's card was a quick and easy one, only because I have a box with all my die cuts that I have done, sometimes I cut a load out and keep them in a box ready for when I want them, and today was one of those days. I decided to take a look and see what I could put together. So using Creative Expressions Foundations Card Burgundy as my base card I matted it up with a sheet of Theresa Collins Designer Pad Paper.
The die cuts I chose were SB Grand Decorative Circles, in the Burgundy card, SB Splendid Circles, Heartfelt Creations Decorative Lattice Swirl,  and SB Delightful Circles all in Crafters Companion Centura Pearl Card.

With the SB Delightful Circles die cut I stamped my sentiment from Creative Expressions Unmounted Stamps 'Kind Thoughts' using Tim Holtz Distress Inks Fired Brick. I matted and layered all onto my base card as seen.

I think it all matched okay and at least its flat!

The Pheonix

Morning crafters, hope this finds you all well. It has been a lovely weekend weather wise but I will be glad when all the rain stops, we have been lucky here, no where as bad as down South West, I do feel for them.

Well I planned to have a good play day Saturday being as I had the house to myself but things never go as they are planned do they? By the time I had been the stables (to collect hay & straw for my Rabbits), sorted the mud dip in the front drive, getting so bad my son was having trouble getting up the drive so I dug it a little then put some shingle on top, hopefully that will help, answered everyone's posts on the blog, then started to tidy up the house a bit, had to clear some damp patches in my Sons bedroom, he is allergic to mold, fungus and dust (like my Mom) and it has started to affect him badly so out comes the bleach today, so by the time I did all that it was getting on for 4 pm so not much play time at all!! Sunday was cleaning our rabbits and cooking, I did have time for a little play but I am counting down the days till next week, half term so a week off work and I plan to PLAY!

Anyhow, todays card is one I did on Friday, Sweet Poppy Stencils bought out The Phoenix which is gorgeous, I have not seen it anywhere else so yes I had to buy it! I tried various combinations of  media to colour the stencil and found the best result was with Tim Holtz Distress Inks! I used Squeezed Lemonade, Fired Brick and Dried Marigold then heat embossed with Heat it Up! Clear Embossing Powder.

I cut round the image with SB Grand Decorative Ovals using the second largest die and inked round the die with TH Dried Marigold.

Now the base card was a sheet of Orange card from the Lidls card, on top of that is Creative Expressions Foundation Card Burgundy followed by Black Velvet Self Adhesive Paper, which was very old stash, I embossed this with Embossilicious Folder Regency Swirls, unfortunately the photos do not show this up. I wrapped a piece of Orange ribbon around the base of the Black Velvet before attaching it to the base card. I attached the image to the card and stamped my sentiment from Creative Expressions Unmounted Stamps- Classic Sentiments with TH Black Soot then die cut with SB Fancy Framed Tags Two, inked through the die with TH Dried Marigold and attached this onto the card on top of the ribbon.

There you have the finished card, this did take me around 3-4 hours to do but that was also playing with various mediums through the stencil to see which looked best. I do plan on having a go with Gilding Flakes when I get some more glue!

The card dimensions are 17 X 24 cm.

Follow your Dreams

Morning Crafters, hope all is well with you and that you all are enjoying your weekend.

I had another play in the week, this time the Sheena way! I am using one of my NEW Embossing folders!!!  I finally got the time to have a play so yes I had to use one as they have been sitting there looking at me since they arrived the other week!

For the base card I used Crafters Companion Centura Pearl card, I ran a sheet of Creative Expressions Foundation Card Custard through the E-Bosser with Sheena Douglass Embossing Folder Curly Swirly, inked around the edge with TH Distress Ink Antique Linen and matted this onto the base card.

Using the back of more CC Centura Pearl card I inked randomly with Tim Holtz Distress Inks Seedless Preserves, Antique Linen and Bundled Sage then embossed this with Sheena Douglass Embossing Folder Flying Beauties, I inked over the top of the embossed bit lightly with TH Black Soot inking all around the edge too. This made the embossed image pop out, it was hard not to get any ink on the card itself but I don't think it ruined it. I sprinkled a little water over the card to give it an effect but did not do too well with that lol!

I wanted to make the Dragonfly and larger Butterfly stand out a bit more so I painted them with diluted Cosmic Shimmer Mica Powders, this gave a nice sheen to them, forgive the pun!!! I was happy with this so did no more than to mat it up onto some Crafters Companion Centura Pearl Pastel Card Lilac and attach it at an angle on the front of my base card.

Using more of the CC Centura Pastel Lilac card I stamped my sentiment from Creative Expressions Unmounted Stamps Treasured Memories with TH Black Soot and die cut with SB Nestabilities Standard Circles Large, I placed this on the front of the card as seen and there you have the finished card.

This was quite a quick card to do though a little messy!

Card dimensions are 5 X 7".

Friends Forever

Morning crafters hope this finds you all well? I do appreciate you looking and commenting on my blog, its good to know that you have taken time out of your busy schedule just for me so a BIG THANK YOU  to each and every one of you.

For todays card, as some of you will notice, I have had a go at copying one of Sue Wilson's designs, I so loved this card when I saw it on Sue's blog last week I just had to have a go, Sorry Sue! I do not think I did it justice like Sue, well not got the experience or all of the items but I made the most of what I had and I am pleased with the result. Sorry for the essay everybody!!

I started with some Crafters Companion Centura Pearl card for the base, with more of the card I cut to size and pierced around the edge, now I do not have a piercing ruler but have decided I must get one as its so messy without lol! I matted this onto my base card followed by a piece of Purple card from Hunkydory Purple Butterfly card kit, unfortunately it is hidden, you might just catch a glimpse of it in the top left corner but you can see the colour by the center of the flowers!!!

Using more Centura Pearl card I stamped my sentiment from Creative Expressions Unmounted Stamps-Treasured Memories using Tim Holtz Distress Ink Seedless Preserves then cut an aperture with SB Nestabilities Lables Eighteen and inked the die with the same Distress Ink.

With another piece of Centura card I stamped the Cherry Blossom from Kanban Crafts Clear Stamps using Seedless Preserves again, there was no name to these but they were part of a Chinese set,  I then put a Double Adhesive sheet over the top and coated it in Creative Expressions Glitter Jewel's Diamond Sprinkles, I ran this through the embossing machine using Embossalicious Embossing Folder Regency Swirls, then die cut the aperture using the  larger die from SB Lables Eighteen.  With the piece of White card I die cut the sentiment out of I glued around the edge of the aperture and coated with Creative Expressions Glitter Jewel's Iced Snow then taped it onto the back of the glittered top card so the smaller aperture showed through the larger one. I placed the sentiment onto the Purple card in the position I wanted it and using foam pads on the back of the top card, I attached this onto the Purple card over the sentiment, I hope all this makes sense?

Out of more Purple card I die cut some flowers from SB Die-lites Blooms Four, heat embossed the edge of each petal with Papermania Embossing Powder Seafoam White, stuck three petals together to form one flower then went down in size for the other two. using SB Die-lites Sprigs I die cut two leaves with CC Centura Pearl card.

I made a messy bow, quite a small messy bow, out of Lilac American Binding Ribbon, attached this to the card as seen and placed the larger flower on top, with the other flowers around the aperture of the card. I placed each of the leaves under either side of the bow, added some Habico Self Adhesive Pearls on the right and there you have the finished card.

I must say this took quite along time to do, longer than I expected but it was worth it.

Dimensions of the card are 7 X 5".

Balloon Ride

Morning crafters, hope you are all well and have had a good weekend. I do feel for those in the floods, my Daughter in Cornwall has said it has not stopped raining since Friday, they were okay where they were though, the camping was in wooden huts not tents, so they were not too bad and they had access to a hot tub! Just as well really lol! They had a good time and that was what counts.

For todays card I thought I would have a play, a little Sheena play! Did not turn out as I hoped but hey it's only a piece of card right? lol!

For the base card I used Crafters Companion Centura Pearl card. To start with I cut a piece of centura card and used the back to stamp on, I tore a sheet of White paper to look like hills and stamped on the card with Tim Holtz Distress Ink Crushed Olive, then I did the same for the sky trying to rip the paper to form clouds and I inked these up with T.H. Tumbled Glass.

Along the bottom of the card I stamped the grasses from Sheena Douglass Little Bit Scenic Silhouette Garden using TH Black Soot, then stamped the trees from Katy Sue Designs Silhouette Stamps-Trees & Flowers again using TH Black Soot. I inked around the edge of the card also with Black Soot. I then matted & layered this onto Black card and then onto the base card.

Using Cheery Lynn Die 'Hot Air Balloon' I die cut the balloon, then realized it die cut all the pieces out so it just left the frame which I coloured Blue & Yellow and the basket Brown using Promarkers. I then embossed the die and cut it out so I had a base to glue the die bit to, I coloured this in Red Promarker so it stood out. I quite liked the look of this as it made it look a little 3D. I placed this on the card as seen, now I am not sure whether it looks right, is the balloon too big? What do you think?  Anyhow I decided to leave it and so die cut the sentiment out with SB Die-lites Petite Labels One and inked through with TH Tumbled glass, this then looked like a cloud, rather a big one but still a cloud lol!

There you have the finished card, dimensions are 5 X 7". See you Thursday.

Vintage car

Morning my crafting friends, hope this finds you all well and safe, hope no one is affected by all the floods everywhere, if you are my heart goes out to you.

I have been so busy of late that I have only just managed to get round to your posts this weekend, hope I have not missed anyone out, I love looking at all your beautiful creations. Thank you for all the lovely comments on my Son's birthday card, to be honest when I made it I had forgotten about it being Chinese New Year, my son, like me, has always loved anything Oriental, just love their style. In my garden I have my collection of Acers and Chinese ornaments I just love them. It was fitting that this year his birthday was the day before Chinese new Year and Hazel, I don't think he was born on a Chinese New Year, would have to work that one out to see lol!

We went to Thailand 7 years ago (for his father's funeral) that was around the Chinese New Year and it was lovely to see some of the celebrations, we would have liked to see the Chinese celebrations in China Town but it would have been such an expense to get there and back in taxi's at night, we did look around the Chinese town in the day time though whilst they were setting up the celebrations, I am sure they would have been spectacular.
Anyhow, today's card was the one I made for my Daughter's boyfriend who is 30 today. They have gone away for the weekend and his Family have come down from Manchester to spend the time with them, its only a camp site about 10 miles from where they live but its time away from home, I am sure they will have a fabulous time. We could not make it as it's such a long way to travel to Cornwall just for a couple of days.

The base card was one from an old Kanban card kit I had, I inked the die SP Imperial Gold Nestabilities Gold Ivy with Tim Holtz Distress Ink Crushed Olive and die cut a piece of light Green card from Lidl's, I matted this with a piece of darker Green card, cut with the smaller die from the set and matted this on the top, I then added the image, which is from the same Kanban card kit, in the center. The sentiment and tag was from the kit too. I did not put 30 on the front, you know how sensitive some Men get about their age so I put a special 30th verse inside for him instead lol!.

Thank you for looking, Jacquie xxx
